The role

As Internal Communication Specialist, you will help create clarity, connection, and engagement across TePe. You support leaders and teams in communicating our vision, priorities, and initiatives in ways that resonate and empower.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute internal and executive communication plans

• Create clear, inspiring communication — from articles and announcements to presentations and storytelling pieces

• Manage and evolve our internal communication channels, including our global intranet

• Support communicative leadership by aligning messaging with TePe’s vision, mission, and strategic direction

• Project‑lead internal events, shaping content, messaging, and experience

• Contribute to employer branding by helping communicate what makes TePe a great place to work.

This is a highly collaborative role where you work closely with all functions at HQ and colleagues across our subsidiaries.

Who are you?

You are a skilled communicator with a passion for creating clarity and engagement. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy collaborating with many stakeholders, and bring structure, creativity, and initiative to your work.

You likely have:

• At least five years’ experience in communication within a corporate environment

• Relevant post‑secondary education

• A proven ability to tailor messages to different audiences

• Strong understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs

• Experience in learning new digital tools

• Experience producing and editing video content

• Fluency in Swedish and English

As a storyteller, you bring complex topics to life in an accessible, positive way. You enjoy trying new things and exploring new communication formats. Above all, you are curious, proactive, and committed to creating value for colleagues.
